W. Allen Whitten, MD

Dr. W. Allen Whitten is a Board-Certified Family Physician as well as an Aviation Medical Examiner and an Instrument rated Private Pilot. He is a native of Columbus, Georgia, and a graduate of Hardaway High School.

Dr. Whitten went to CSU and the University of Georgia in 1989. After graduating from UGA and obtaining his BSA, Dr. Whitten received his Masters of Science and his Medical Degree from the American University of the Caribbean in 1990 and 1993.

Dr. Whitten has served as Chairman of Family Practice and on the Medical Executive Committee at St. Francis Hospital. He is a member of the Muscogee County Medical Society, Medical Associates of Georgia, and the American Academy of Family Practice.
