Tammy will begin welcoming new patients on May 1, 2026.

Tammy Singleton is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine at St. Francis Primary Care – Continuity Clinic. The lifelong Georgia native combines science, skill, art, and compassion to deliver exceptional healthcare to the individuals, families, and community she serves.

“Care given to others is optimized when it is driven by ethical values and compassion, and it is derived from evidence-based outcomes,” she said.

Tammy provides a number of primary care services, including:

• Chronic disease management
• Depression management
• DOT physical exams
• Immunizations
• Lab testing
• Medicare wellness exams
• Menopause/hypogonadism management
• Referrals to other specialties as needed
• Sick visits
• Weight management

She is married with two children – a son and a daughter. When not working, Tammy enjoys pickleball, being outdoors, and traveling.
