Dr. Ulmer was born and raised in Texas, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nuclear & Radiological Health Engineering from Texas A&M University.
She attended medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, AL and then pursued a residency in Family Medicine at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital, where she served as co-chief resident of the program. Dr. Ulmer is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Ulmer's medical interests include preventative care, obesity medicine, patient education, hospice/Palliative Care and medical aesthetics.
