Mustafa Itani, MD

Mustafa Itani, M.D., is an internationally trained, American Board-certified physician specializing in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the St. Francis Cardiovascular and Thoracic Institute. With more than 30 years of clinical experience in the United States and the Middle East, Dr. Itani provides patient-centered, evidence-based care with an emphasis on compassionate, safe, and collaborative treatment.

Dr. Itani earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut and completed his pulmonary and critical care fellowship training at New York Medical College. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of pulmonary and critical care conditions, including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and pulmonary fibrosis, and is dedicated to improving outcomes through comprehensive and individualized care.
