Lee F. Allen, DMD, MD

Born in Alabama, Dr. Lee Allen attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham where he received his dental degree. He later went on to receive his medical degree and oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Louisiana State Medical Center spending time in New Orleans (at Charity Hospital) and Shreveport. He has held teaching positions at the University of Kentucky and West Virginia University.

Dr. Allen is a fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is past president of the West Virginia Dental Association. He has been honored with Fellowship in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He is President of the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and also a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.
