Kevin J. McRae, MD

Kevin McRae, MD, Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician at St. Francis - Emory Healthcare in Columbus, Georgia. He was born in Augusta, Georgia but raised in Columbus, Georgia. At St. Francis - Emory Healthcare Dr. McRae serves as the Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2022-2023.

Dr. McRae graduated from the Columbus High School Liberal Arts Magnet Program and completed his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology at Hampton University. Dr. McRae then graduated from St. Matthew's University School of Medicine and completed his internship with Morehouse School of Medicine at Grady Hospital.

He completed his residency with Meharry Medical College at Nashville General Hospital. Since 2018, Dr. McRae has practiced in Columbus, Georgia.
Dr. McRae is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has delivered close to 1,000 babies between his residency and practice. He is a member of the Columbus/Ft. Benning Medical Society and the National Medical Association. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. In addition to Obstetrics, Dr. McRae performs many Gynecological procedures to include Hysterectomies, Endometrial Ablations, Tubal Ligations, Fibroid Surgery, and much more. He is trained in minimally invasive surgery which includes Laparoscopy and use of the daVinci Robot system.
