Jillian Welch Jacobs, FNP-C

Jillian Jacobs is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. She began her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), then advanced to a Registered Nurse (RN), gaining valuable experience in emergency departments, medical-surgical units, telemetry, and primary care. This foundational experience has enriched her clinical practice, providing a comprehensive understanding of patient care across various settings. As an FNP, Jillian is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families, emphasizing preventive health and chronic disease management.

Outside of her professional life, Jillian cherishes quality time with her husband and their three sons. Together, they can often be found at the baseball field, passionately supporting their boys as they play ball. Beyond the diamond, Jillian enjoys gardening, embarking on weekend beach getaways, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
