Donald M. Vickers, MD

Dr. Donald Vickers is a board-certified Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeon at St.Francis ENT.
A graduate of Georgia Southern University with Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Dr. Vickers received his medical doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia in 2017. He then moved to complete his otolaryngology training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas where he served as Co-Chief resident of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Vickers research efforts include studies on invasive fungal sinusitis and preoperative viral panels on pediatric patients undergoing routine ENT surgery. These presentations have been published in some of the premiere ENT journals over the past years.
Dr. Vickers performs a wide variety of Ear, Nose, and Throat procedures including:
• Endoscopic ear surgery including repair of eardrum perforations
• Endoscopic sinus surgery
• Salivary gland excision
• Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy for sleep disordered breathing or recurring infections
• Ear tubes
• Thyroid and parathyroid surgery
