Christopher Wommack, MD

Born and raised in Columbus, Dr. Wommack has always had a love for this community. He played baseball at Shaw High School and graduated in 1989. He then began pursuing a B.S. degree in Chemistry/ Premed at Columbus College ( now Columbus State University). While there he met his wife, Kelli Williams, also a native of the Columbus area. They both graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1993.

Dr. Wommack received his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 1997. While Kelli obtained a seminary degree from Samford University, Dr. Wommack completed his internship and residency at Medical Center East in Birmingham, Alabama. He was honored to serve as Chief Resident his final year.
