Christine Ruehl, MD

Christine Ruehl, MD, Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician at St. Francis – Emory Healthcare in Columbus, Georgia. She was born and raised in Longmont, Colorado. At St. Francis – Emory Healthcare Dr. Ruehl serves as a chairman of St. Francis – Emory Healthcare Credentials Committee and Quality Excellence Committee.

Dr. Ruehl completed her undergraduate degree at The Colorado College and her graduate degree in chemistry at Texas A&M University. Dr. Ruehl then graduated from Penn State University College of Medicine. Dr. Ruehl completed her internship and residency with East Carolina University. Since 2013, Dr. Ruehl has practiced in Columbus, Georgia.

Dr. Ruehl is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has delivered more than 2,000 babies between her residency and practice. In addition to Obstetrics, Dr. Ruehl performs many gynecological procedures to include Hysterectomies, Endometrial Ablations, Tubal Ligations, Fibroid Surgery, and much more. She is trained in minimally invasive surgery and bioidentical hormone treatment therapy.
